The Internet has changed a lot since Nick first got to grips with it during the summer of 1998. Although that summer Nick learnt basic html and has since written a few sites, Web Site Design is not a service we currently offer. However our Internet Consultancy services are constantly in demand.

Nick has a couple of theories on business.

1. If my clients need a service provided and I can provide it I will, as it keeps a continuity of service for the client and also widens my offerings.
2. My clients don't work 9-5 nor do I, they can reach me round the clock.

These theories and by constantly exceeding the expectations of his clients has gained unbelievable customer loyalty, with clients following Nick where he goes.

Nick also constantly looks at ways of streamlining processes, increasing efficiency and ultimately providing a first class customer service.
